Room was spotlessly clean & facilities excellent. Location was great - in a lovely quiet little village but close to accessible roads for getting about. Breakfast was lovely and Peter took extra care to ensure the choice I made was gluten free. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to return. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Two miles from the M3 and a 6-minute drive from Blackwater Train Station, Abacus Bed and Breakfast, Blackwater, Hampshire is set close to the Surrey and Berkshire borders. The room was very clean. It had a fridge and a Table and chairs in the room. The breakfast was so lovely and plentiful. Really enjoyed the stay. Views were lovely.

A traditional Grade I Georgian manor house, Warbrook House Heritage Hotel provides a secluded and attractive location on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Free parking is offered. I liked the friendliness of the guy that was working there when I checked in. He carried my bags all the way to my room. He showed me a couple of the nice in the house. And the bed that I slept in was very comfortable! It was very soft like a cloud and the pillow was nice and the blanket was nice and I slept so well. Clean. They were cookies there for me to eat. All together just a lovely stay. And the building was gorgeous.
